OC Spotlight! Time for a fun OC thingy! Pick at LEAST 3 of your OCs and answer the following questions

1.) List and give a very brief description of your chosen OCs. (Full name, species, etc.)
- Lisa (Orange striped, quad cartoon cat)
- Riley Nelson Hart (Black and tan, anthro Beauceron [A Beauceron is a German Shepherd-like dog. Look em up. Theyre awesome.])
- Bufko Bahi (Brown, anthro kangaroo w/ dreads)
- Ott Palmer (Red, very cartoony anthro kangaroo... with dreads!) (I have a strange passion for kangaroos with dreads )

2.) If your OCs were on TV, what channel would they be on and why?
- Lisa seems like she would be on the Disney Channel XD a very kiddy cartoon
- Riley seems like he would be seen on some special on the family channel... i dunno!
- Bufko seems like he would be aired on something like... cartoon network maybe? Or maybe sci-fi with other animal people!
-Ott would definitely be on something like cartoon network or nickelodeon.

3.) If your OCs were aired on TV in cartoon, what kind of animation would they be in? (You can compare it to animation of a real cartoon show.)
-Lisa could be animated in something like anime.
-Riley could either be in cartoon or CG... maybe animated like Spirit or El Dorado... or maybe CG in Dreamworks @_@
-Bufko I could see in a Don Bluth-style movie!
-Ott would be in something AF animated, like Foster's Home or maybe somehting more traditional cartoon animated like Fairly Oddparents.

4.) What kind of show would each of your characters be in? (Action, comedy, drama, etc.)
All would have to be comedy, except maybe for Bufko, who could be in a action/drama.

5.) If you had to choose from any stars/singers to voice your character who would they be?
-Lisa would be voiced by... the person who voices Sandy from Hamtaro
-Riley would be voiced by... Ben Stiller. Sorry, thats the best I could think of for now XD
-Bufko (Ooh thisll be fun ^.^) I think Bufko could be voiced by... Astro from UB40! (Lucky Dube wouldve been right on the dot, but he died )
-Ott.. where do I begin XD... I wish I could get Kel Mitchell, but HE died too DX .. but I guess Id settle for Freedom Bremner, Phil Lamarr, or whatever.

6.) Would the show be a short, a 30 minute segment, hour episode, straight-to-dvd, or movie?
-Lisa would be in a 30 min series
-Riley would be in a movie
-Bufko in an hour series on TV
-Ott on a 30 min TV show

8.) Would your series make a good video game?
Maybe a storyline with Bufko in it, where theres actually sources of conflict XD

9.) What colors suit each of your OCs? Why?
-Lisa: Magenta... a "girly, but sort of not" color! Tomboyish? Summery? I dunno.
-Riley: Cerulean... an honest, gentle color... blue blue like his eyes @.@
-Bufko: Forest green... a native color
-Ott: Red... need I explain? LOL

-Lisa: "Steal My Sunshine" (Pop) by LEN... pssh I dunno
-Riley: Anything Tom Petty! (Rock)
-Bufko: "Rat in Mi Kithchen" and "Wear You to the Ball" (Reggae) by UB40... because Astro sings it, baby! Hes got your musical key!!! WOW chika BOW.
-Ott: "Give a little love" (Reggae) By Ziggy Marley

11.) What decade would your characters be most likely associated with? Why?
-Lisa: The 90s or current
-Riley: The 80S!
-Bufko: Anywhere from the 80s to current... probably current
-Ott: 90s definitely

12.) What would you rather have of your characters: Plushies, action figures, sculptures, or cookies shaped like them Why?
-Lisa: Id like to have a little knick knack of her That would be cute
-Riley: A plushie to cuddle!
-Bufko: An action figure... to show off his buff bod!
-Ott: Maybe action figure... I already have a plushie of him I made

13.) Does anyone you know well remind you of your characters? If so, who?
Nope.

14.) How did you choose your characters names?
-Lisa: She WAS named somehting different, but I stole her old name and gave it to one of me other characters! So LIsa was my next choice.
-Riley: I dunno, It just came to me. Nelson for the middle name, I got it from "Tony Nelson" On I dream of jeannie. And Hart for the last name I got from "Robbie Hart" from the Wedding Singer.
-Bufko: Hahahahahaaa... I made it up. Its a combo of the Spanish word 'busco' which means 'look for' and Buju, like the reggae singer Buju Banton. I kinda stuck the 'f' in there and came out with Bufko. The Bahi for the last name, I just though it would be cool to make it an alliterating first and last name; it also sounds like Baha and means "spring" or "water" in Urdu. Whatever language that is!
Ott- LONG STORY. I thought Dr. Bellows in I dream of jeannie said Ott when he said Art, and I though Ott would make a cool name. Wilson for the middle name, "Wilson way" is the name of the street on Fosters home. Palmer sounds tropical.

15.) Name who, what, etc. inspired you to design your characters the way you did.
-Lisa: Sagwa the chinese siamese cat on pbs kids XD
-Riley: All dogs go to heaven... from when I was little!
-Bufko: Er... Astro from UB40! Haha!
-Ott: Wilt from fosters home and Takoyama from Parappa the rapper
16.) Are any of these characters like you in any way? If so, how?
Lisa is like me some. She is kinda shy but outspoken around people she is comfortable around.

17.) Would it be cool to have a mural of your OCs on your bedroom wall?
Heck yeah.

18.) Explain your reaction if you heard a knock at your door, you opened it, and it was one of your OCs.
I would be freaked out, but in a good way!

19.) Do any of your characters have any special talents, powers, or hobbies?
-Lisa: Shes just a farm cat
-Riley: Has a band
-Bufko: The power of looking cool XD I think you can tell Im getting tired of answering these Q's.
-Ott: Surfin and kickboxin

20.) Do you have a pic of any of your OCs hanging in your room?
Nope

21.) What do your OCs wear to the beach?
-Lisa: if she was anthro, she would wear a cute frilly 2-piece bathing suit ^^
-Riley: Swim trunks, or he might feel sexy for the day and wear a speedo
-Bufko: A loin cloth or just somethin skimpy lolol
-Ott: Really, REALLY short swim trunks.

22.) Do your characters have a job? If so, what?
-Lisa: No
-Riley: Band
-Bufko: Sells crap to tourists
-Ott: Lifeguard

23.) Do any of your characters have any flaws or oddities? If so, what?
-Lisa: None that I can think of right off.
-Riley: He wishes he had a longer tail
-Bufko: An underbite... it gives him a tough sort of smirk Hes also kind of quiet.
-Ott: Hes really frail, and is kind of hyper and silly

24.) What is your characters’ skin/ fur texture?
-Lisa: Soft, medium fur that is super cuddly
-Riley: Not soft or course, medium fur.
-Bufko: Short, course fur and long course hair.
-Ott: Short, slick fur that has somewhat of a gloss.

25.) Do your OCs have any fears?
Ott is afraid of spiders haha

26.) Describe your OC’s body types.
-Lisa: Small, medium weight kitty
-Riley: Well-built, but not overly muscular guy
-Bufko: Tall, lean, muscular guy
-Ott: Lanky. Tall and thin!

27.) What is your characters’ fave food?
It doesnt matter dang it, I dont feel like answering!

25.) What kind of transportation do your OCs have?
-Lisa: Her own four legs
-Riley: His bus, plane, or number of luxurious vehicles B)
-Bufko: His own two legs
-Ott: An old, yellow, ugly, noisy, duct taped pacer-like wagon!

26.) How is your OCs viewed by other characters?
-Lisa: Ooh shes cool, a great friend.
-Riley: Gaah can I have your autograph!? I love you!
-Bufko: See at that big kangaro man over there, do you think he does hair wraps? XDDDD
-Ott: Oh, you mean the tall red guy with the daisy duke shorts? Yeah, he just ran through here saying something about losing his whistle. LOL

27.) How would you describe all of your cartoons overall? (Ex: Bright and cheery, emo, melancholy, evil, etc.) Bright and cheery!

30.) Can your characters play an instrument? Even if they don’t, which one would they most likely play?
Riley can play guitar, drums, harmonica... Ott can play trumpet, steel drum, and ukelele

31.) Are your characters mostly male, female, or is your series distributed equally? Why?
More boys, because theyre more fun to draw, I like to draw male muscular forms better than girls! And I AM a girl. Im sure other girls would say the same.

32.) If your characters were featured on a magazine cover, which magazine would it be?
Mehhhhh.... Ill just say nickelodeon.

33.) What do your characters want for Christmas?
Lisa wants catnip. (LOL basic)
Riley wants a new electric guitar (Listen to Tom Pettys son "Cristmas all over again")
Bufko wants a girlfriend *oooooOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHhhh* audience sound ^_____^
Ott wants... something stupid. I dunno.

34.) What kind of accent do your characters have?
-Lisa: Somewhat country
-Riley: A LEEEETLE country
-Bufko: Jamaican ^///^
-Ott: Carribean (Jamaican-Latino influence... he has a trill)

35.) What do your characters do when they are about to get their picture taken?
-Lisa: Gets the bunny ears ready for her friends and grins cheekily
-Riley: Indifferent... hes a performer XD
-Bufko: He smiles with a closed mouth.. hes quite a mellow fellow
-Ott: Makes some sort of out-of-this-world face!

36.) Do your OCs have any relationships?
-Lisa: has a crush on this black cat that I never can stick with a name XD
-Riley: Married to Sheila the saluki
-Bufko: Looking
-Ott: Too shy for a relationship! But deep, deep down, he likes somebodeh

Lisa... I think she would be the least blatant XDDD

-Lisa: A... bow. Im out of ideas lol

Bufko has his dread bell and Ott has his whistle

42.) What are your characters’ favorite physical attribute about themselves?
Lisa: Her long stripy tail
Riley: Uh...his cheekbones? I dunno, thats just one facial feature I stress on him!
Bufko: His deep brown eyes, or maybe dreads. Hes not too self-consious about his hair though.
Ott: His BIG FEET

Ott: "Not good, mon!" ... "WOMON!!!" ... "Is is OTT on here, or is it just me" "Now this is a true work of OTT!"
Bufko: And I could imagine Bufko saying somehting like "Cool it!"

-Lisa: Paisleys
-Riley: Plaid
-Bufko: TieDye
-Ott: Colorful stripes

46.) What do you think is the first thing that comes to people’s mind as they see each one of your characters?
-Lisa: Cute
-Riley: Dog (WOW)
-Bufko: Jamaican teehee
-Ott: Cartoon... pssh

47.) What kind of clothes do your OCs wear mostly?
-Lisa: Shes a quad, all she wears is a magenta collar with a gold star tag
-Riley: Flanels, t-shirts, jeans, blah
-Bufko: T-shirts, (lotsa tiedye) shorts, jeans, silky swishy pants (Those that were OK to wear in the 90s lol)
-Ott: A bandana, wrist bands, shorts sleeve shirts, overalls, really short shorts.

48.) What animation company would you lean towards if you were going to take your cartoons to TV or the big screen?
Nickelodeon, CN or Dreamworks

49.) Do you ever hope to make your characters into a comic, book, cartoon, game, movie, etc? Yep!
